Context

For Project CoWork, we developed a website that closely reflects who they are and how they work in practice. Not a generic marketing story, but a clear and professional presentation of an organisation that truly understands healthcare from the inside out. The new website captures the essence of Project CoWork: committed students, the right deployment, stronger care. One thing was central to the positioning and structure of the site: Project CoWork is not a standard recruitment or staffing agency. It is a practice-driven partner for healthcare organisations in elderly care, residential care and home care, focused on careful matching, quality and sustainable collaboration. We translated that human and content-driven approach into a calm, modern website with a strong emphasis on credibility, regional involvement and community spirit. The website speaks to two target groups at once: healthcare organisations looking for support and students who want to contribute meaningfully to care. In addition, the website was set up to support multiple languages, enabling Project CoWork to communicate professionally and accessibly across different language regions and audiences. The result is a platform that inspires trust and clearly communicates what Project CoWork stands for.

The challenge

Project CoWork needed a website that clearly communicates their distinctive story: not a standard agency, but an engaged and practice-driven partner supporting healthcare organisations with medically trained students. The website also needed to appeal to both healthcare organisations and students, while providing room for multilingual communication.

Specific challenges

  • 1
The positioning had to clearly differ from traditional recruitment and staffing agencies
  • 2
The website had to feel professional without becoming overly commercial or polished
  • 3
Two audiences had to be addressed at the same time: healthcare organisations and students
  • 4
Their healthcare background and practical experience needed to be immediately recognisable
  • 5
Core values such as community spirit, commitment and regional collaboration had to be visible
  • 6
The proposition had to be strong in content, credible and easy to understand
  • 7
The website had to be prepared for multilingual content and broader accessibility
Our approach

Score Agency translated Project CoWork's vision into a clear website with a calm visual style, strong content structure and distinctive positioning. We created a digital story that reflects their roots in healthcare practice and their focus on sustainable, well-matched deployment of students in elderly care, residential care and home care. We also prepared the website technically and strategically for multilingual use, enabling Project CoWork to maintain the same careful and professional appearance across multiple languages. The result is a scalable platform that feels both regionally grounded and future-proof.
